Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship within the United States only. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (threshold shown at checkout).

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships and includes a direct link to the carrier tracking page.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders with invalid or undeliverable addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@sresearchlab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued at the USD value of the original transaction, not the current exchange rate.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sresearchlab.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@sresearchlab.com.
